It's an app called "Curable". It helps train your brain to deal with the pain in the different way. Sounds crazy I know but it's been a game changer for me. When there are so few external options eventually you have to try to deal with it from the inside. this app gave me a lot of tools to try to manage the pain and anxiety that comes from the pain. Best luck!Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16180619475580616036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-214662943684163557.post-27464805056489392902022-07-13T17:04:17.483-07:002022-07-13T17:04:17.483-07:00I’ve been dealing with this since November 2020. Just seen my first Neurologist yesterday and I got given a list of things to try, but he said that sometimes for most, nothing helps… just takes the edge off.
My options are (to be done each for at least 6 weeks)
1. Massage, Physio, Accupuncture.
2. Homeopathic: 400mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Magnesium 400mg, 300mg Coenzyme Q10
3. Medications: amitiptyline, or topamax
4. Botox.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-214662943684163557.post-70662854888787597012018-02-17T07:59:56.430-08:002018-02-17T07:59:56.430-08:00Hey, Jeffrey, Yes I still have NDPH. Haven't found anything that's been able to beat this headache. My favorite medicine is AMRIX. It's an extended release muscle relaxer. It's really been the only thing that helps but it makes me really drowsy. Hope your physical therapy helps. If you have any questions let me know. I've probably tried most things.
ThanksMeganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16180619475580616036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-214662943684163557.post-8307309591494104132018-02-16T16:47:40.805-08:002018-02-16T16:47:40.805-08:00i suffer from NDPH. i have just read this blog...i suffer from NDPH. i have just read this blog. i was wondering if you still suffer? i am going into my 2nd year- i do physical therapy, and i've stopped all prescription drugs. i'm on my 3rd neurologist. i really like this one, from UC in cincinnati. .. thank you Jeffrey S.
